Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your 2PAC Official Store gear; if you are not, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new items within 5-7 business days.
